How far in advance should I book, and can I change my booking?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular inflatables or during peak seasons (e.g., spring/summer, school holidays, public holidays) to ensure availability. Booking changes are subject to availability and our terms and conditions. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment to your booking.

How do you ensure safety and hygiene?

Safety is our top priority! All InflatableX equipment is rigorously inspected and maintained to meet Australian safety standards. Every inflatable is meticulously cleaned and sanitised after each use with high-grade, child-safe products, guaranteeing a pristine and safe environment. Our event technicians are professionally trained in safe setup and operation and hold current Working With Children Checks (WWCC).

What are the space and power requirements for your inflatables?

Each inflatable has specific dimensions and requires a minimum flat, level area for safe setup. For example, our Backyard Combo Module needs 7m x 6m. Most inflatables require a standard 10 amp power source, but larger attractions like the Sugar Rush Obstacle Course may need multiple 10 amp outlets. All specific requirements are listed on each product's page.

Can inflatables be set up on concrete/pavers?

For optimal safety and anchoring, inflatables are generally best on grass. Please contact us to discuss specific setup surfaces; additional safety measures or equipment may be required for hard surfaces.
